PLEASE NOTE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE TO OPEN-BOX TVS (PHONES, WATCHES AND OTHER SMALL ELECTRONICS ARE NOT INCLUDED). Must be purchased within 14 days of your original purchase to qualify for the additional 1 year extended warranty. Please note the extended warranty is serviced by us, DC Canada, and not the manufacturer and must be purchased for a TV sold by us, DC Canada. It will be activated once the one-year warranty that comes with the purchase of each TV expires.

TV Warranty Information
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries. The liability of DC Canada (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs. Also, the warranty is invalidated in the following cases:
For the repair of a domestic product used in a commercial environment
For repair due to incorrect installation in your home
Where any ancillary equipment not furnished or recommended by Samsung/LG/Sony causes problems or damage when attached to or used in connection with the product
